LASH EXTENSION TRAINING

By enrolling in any training course offered by Majestic Esthetics Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat in the course.
• Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the course start date.
• Payment plans may be available upon request and must be completed prior to training.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your spot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may reschedule one time only with at least 7 days’ notice before your original date.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Students must arrive on time and attend all training days in full.
• Active participation, including on live models (if applicable), is required to receive certification.
• If a student is late or misses part of the training, certification may be withheld at the educator’s discretion.

4. Certification Requirements

• Certification will be granted upon successful demonstration of skill, participation in class, and completion of all required course components.
• This is a lash training course only and does not replace any required state licensing.
• Students are responsible for checking with their state’s Board of Barbering and Cosmetology (or appropriate governing agency) to determine whether a license or additional qualifications are required to legally perform lash services in their area.
• Majestic Esthetics Academy is not responsible for ensuring student licensure or legal eligibility to offer lash services post-training.

5. Course Materials & Kits

• Each student will receive a professional lash kit and training manual.
• Kits are for student use and are included as part of the tuition. Replacements are not provided for lost or damaged items.

6. Model Responsibility

• Students are encouraged to provide their own model for hands-on practice.
• If you are unable to bring a model, please inform the instructor at least 5 days in advance to arrange a substitute (if available).
• Majestic Esthetics is not liable for the availability or suitability of models.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the training.
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Recording or distributing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Waiver

• By enrolling in this course, you agree that Majestic Esthetics Academy and its instructors are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in training or the use of lash products.
• You also understand the risks associated with lash extension application and will exercise proper care during all hands-on sessions.

9. Post-Training Support

• Continued mentorship and guidance is available to graduates as part of the course experience.
• Support is provided via email, direct message, or scheduled check-ins, but does not include free ongoing training or re-certification.

Once your payment is received in full, you’ll gain access to your pre-course workbook, designed to set you up for success.

You will have 2 weeks to complete the required book work before class begins. This preparation is essential—it will give you the foundational knowledge and insight needed to fully understand the lash extension process and ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running on Day 1 of hands-on training.

This workbook will cover:

• Lash theory & anatomy
• Key terminology
• Product knowledge
• Client prep and safety standards

Completing this in advance allows us to maximize our time together during training and focus on perfecting your application technique

• I understand this course is for educational purposes only and does not replace or fulfill any licensing requirements set by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology or any other state regulatory agency.
• I am responsible for checking my state’s laws and licensing requirements before offering lash services to clients.
• I understand that this course requires pre-course book work, which must be completed within 2 weeks prior to my scheduled training date in order to fully participate.
• I agree to follow all class guidelines, complete all required hands-on work, and conduct myself professionally during training.
• I acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable and that rescheduling is only allowed one time with proper notice, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
• I understand that certification is not guaranteed, and is only awarded upon successful completion of all course components and demonstration of basic competency.
